Manage pages and layers

Pages are the carriers of design content. Each page is an independent canvas, where you can create frames, groups, and other layers.

Motiff provides a structured approach to managing design files, allowing users to efficiently navigate pages and organize layers.

View pages

Click https://conan-test.fbcontent.cn/atom-test/pvq9hquwd.svg to expand the page list, select the name of a page, then tap and view the canvas area of that page. 'View pages.png'

You can switch between pages using shortcuts:

  • For macOS: fn + / fn +
  • For Windows: PageUp / PageDown

View layers

Any layer added to the canvas will be displayed in the layers panel. You can determine if a layer is a frame, group, or other types by the icon near the layer:

  • '16_layer_frame.svg' Frame
  • 'Vector.svg' Group
  • '24_toolbar_component组件.svg' Main component
  • '16_layer_instance.svg' Instance
  • '16_layer_type.svg' Text
  • 'Vector-2.svg' Shape (Different icons for different shapes)
  • 'Vector-3.svg' Image
  • '16_layer_vertical left.svg' Auto layout (Different icons for different property settings)

If a layer is inside another layer, the other layer will always be the parent layer. You can perform the actions, such as Select layers, Rename layers, Hide or show layers, Lock or unlock layers.
