Upgrade to a paid plan

In Motiff's Professional plan and Organization plan, you can use more design and collaboration features, as well as advanced management and security functions.

Upgrade to Professional plan

When you upgrade to the Professional plan, your overall costs will be determined by the number of paid seats.

During the upgrade, you can choose how many Designer seats and Developer seats to purchase. You can add or remove paid seats at any time during the billing cycle.

Tip: Team members with Can edit access and above can perform upgrade operations.

  1. 1.Click on the team name in the sidebar to enter the team page you want to upgrade.
  2. 2.Click Settings.
  3. 3.Select Upgrade your plan.
  4. 4.Select the number of Designer seats and Developer seats, confirm the bill, and click Next to proceed with payment.
  5. 5.Select your payment method and complete the payment.

Upgrade to Organization plan

If the team you are upgrading is in the Starter plan, you can upgrade to the Organization plan yourself. If your team is in the Professional plan, please contact our sales team via service@motiff.com to perform the upgrade operation.

Self-upgrade

  • Team members with Can edit access and above can perform upgrade operations.
  • Team admins can migrate any Starter plan teams they manage to the new organization.
  • If members in the migrating team have email addresses with other domains, their accounts will automatically become guests in the new organization. These guests will retain the same access to files, projects, and teams prior to being migrated.
  • The upgrade process will enable members from getting access to the current team. This process usually takes a few minutes, but it might take longer for teams with hundreds of members or a large amount of resources. It is recommended to allocate one hour for the upgrade and choose a time that causes the least interruption to your work.
  • Once the Organization plan purchase has been completed, team admins will be able to create new teams or upgrade other teams.

Upgrade to Organization Plan

  1. 1.Click Free next to the team name in the sidebar.
  2. 2.Select the Organization Plan option.
  3. 3.Select the number of Designer seats and Developer seats, confirm the bill, and click Next to proceed with payment.
  4. 4.Select your payment method and complete the payment.

Tip: You can perform more seat upgrade operations in your team or organization after purchase.
